tekBlueprint

tekBlueprint.plans` is a tool for estimating tasks within a project with subsequent planning by development stages and required resources. The tool allows you to automate the process of estimating tasks and planning, reducing the amount of manual work and routine operations repeated from project to project.

The tool is designed to be integrated into the tekBlueprint ecosystem, which includes other tools for project management and specification.

Key features

MVP functions will include:

• Task decomposition – decomposition of project tasks for subsequent planning.
• Resource planning – planning of the necessary resources for task execution taking into account their cost, availability and level of participation in the project (PERT, Gantt).
• Planning of development and implementation stages – planning of stages with calculation of necessary resources and calendar plan.
• Task typification – ability to typify tasks and their “cost” for reuse.
• Integration with tekBlueprint.specs – receiving a list of tasks for evaluation, time constraints and budget with back integration of the calculations obtained after planning.

The documentation is generated using the example of a fictitious project NovaPlay, which is being developed by fictitious companies Tech Innovations Inc (Customer) and ACME Corporation Ltd. (Contractor) using various types of templates.
